“Official Rules”

1. TO ENTER: This promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time, are (i) age twenty-one (21) or older (ii) possess valid photo identification (iii) are a Players Club Member and (iv) received an invitation. Participants agree to be bound by the official rules of the Promotion.. Employees of The Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, affiliates, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

2. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: Slot Tournament registration will take place on Saturday November 30^th Guest must have earned an invitation through Host Department or Prequalifying Slot Tournaments. Host department will be responsible for inviting one hundred twelve (112) eclipse members only based on play to participate in the Grand Finale Slot Tournament, the remaining seats will be filled by pre-qualifying guests.  Invitations will be taken at the time of registration. Registration will be held at the Slot Tournament Bank in the Casino of the Moon.

3. Guests must report to the Slot Tournament area, in the Casino of the Moon, ten (10) minutes prior to their designated tournament time to participate in the tournament.

Round One (1)                  (Est.: 4:00PM- 6:00PM)                 256 Players

Each session will consist of a maximum of sixteen (16) players playing for two (2) minutes.  Top sixteen (16) scores of all participants will move on to the final round.

Final Round                      (Est.: 7:35PM)                      128 Players

Final round will consist of one hundred twenty eight (128) estimated players. Top 16 scores will receive prizes listed below.

4. Tournament will pay as follows: All tournament winners must have current and valid photo ID to claim prize.

5. Guest must place 1^st in Round One (1) and in the Final Round to be awarded $100,000. In the event of a winning occurrence, the Grand Prize will be funded following verification through the procedure provided by SCA.

6. There are no partners in this tournament. Player must be the registered participant. Credits are automatically compiled by the machines.  Slot machines will be pre-set for each playtime and scores will be tallied after each session. Contestants should play as rapidly as possible by pushing the play/max bet button. Players Club membership cards will not be used and no point value will be earned during the tournament.

7. In the event of a tie score in the final round, the winners will split the prize. If the machine malfunctions within the first minutes of play, the player will be moved to the next available session.

8. CLAIMING PRIZE: Guest must have in their possession a valid and current photo ID at all times such as a Driver’s License, Passport, Mexican Consulate, Residential, or State or Federal Government ID and social security card at the time of winner verification of drawing. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino requires all winners to fill out a 1099, W-9, and verifies Social Security Number on all Cash and Cash Value Prize winnings. Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed. Winners are responsible for all applicable Federal & State Taxes. Guest may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per IRS Tax Regulations and must be reported if winnings are more than $600 in the same calendar year. No substitution of prize, transfer of prize or cash alternative permitted. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result with an alternate winner. Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Drawing and giving false information, resulting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. The value of the prize may be taxable income.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION: By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino, whose decisions are binding and final.  Winners agree that photographs will be taken and used for advertising purposes. Participants agree to hold harmless the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of the prize, participation in any drawing related activity, or participation in this drawing. The Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional agencies.

10. Prize/Odds: Odds of winning in any promotion depend on number of eligible participants. Limit two (2) Tachi Cash or Cash prize per Guest, per Promotion day. Limit one (1) Golden Ticket per Guest. Void where prohibited.

11. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
